Dates, Mates and Babies with the Vallottons, a show dedicated to supporting individuals and families through dating, marriage, parenting, blended-family life, and emotional health. Known for her clarity, warmth, and diplomatic approach to complex conversations, Lauren can often be found laboring to find
just the right word. She also serves on the senior leadership team at Bethel Church in Redding, California. Lauren and her husband are raising two young children at home and live just minutes from their three adult children, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter.
